Whew, what a busy summer we had this year! I struggle with the summer, with the heat and boredom and no school. So, I tried to fill our summer days with lots of fun stuff to do. It's good for all of us! :)
We had lots of playdates this summer...
at the park,
Kid Mania,
The Perot Museum
The Arboretum
The Movies
And the Fountains in Fairview.
We also did VBS for the first time! I taught in one of the pre-K classes and Carson and Avery got to attend! They invited Kennedy and Taylor to come and they all had a blast!
We signed Carson and Avery up for the summer day camps our church offered! This is their performance after their music camp.
There was some patio eating at Gloria's
As well as some lawn mower racing,
And 4-wheeler rides!
We celebrated Cow Appreciation Day and got some free Chick Fil A
And free 7-11 Slurpees, all on the same day!
There was some good TV watching,
As well as fun cousin time!
And lots, and lots of swimming!!
